Welcome to Broxburn Strength and Fitness. We look to offer the best experience you can have in a gym, built around a community of like-minded people who are friendly and driven. We provide functional fitness & weightlifting classes in addition to one-to-one personal training.

John is an experienced coach, having taught for over 10 years, both beginners to competitive athletes. John has coached competitive athletes competing at the Commonwealth Games, European Weightlifting championships, British Championships and World Masters Championships. John takes great joy in people achieving what they previously thought was impossible and supports all his clients throughout their own personal journeys.
John loves the community that the gym has become and strives to continually make it better for the members.

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes can be booked on the Octive App. If a class gets full, we have a waiting list but remember our open gym is still running.

Open Gym: unlimited use of the gym.
Part-Time: 2 classes per week and unlimited use of the gym.

Unlimited: unlimited classes and unlimited use of the gym.
WL Club: unlimited access to open gym, access to WL Club programming, personal adjustments to programming if needed, tapering & coaching for/at any competitions.
